Until 2002 if you wanted Clear Connect to supply your
fixed line telephone services we would have to either
program your PBX to dial our access code or install autodiallers
to do it. This would require a visit from a telecoms engineer
and the installation of programming or equipment in your
telephone configuration.
From
2002 Clear Connect have a new method of delivering their
service called Carrier Pre Selection.
This involves the client signing a CPS form for each BT
account number they operate which is submitted to BT.
After a ten-day cooling off period, calls from those telephone
numbers are routed to our service automatically
by BT without the installation of any equipment or programming
of your PBX.
